How to edit PDF bookmarks
- Select the PDF.
- Review the bookmark tree and the page each bookmark points to.
- Add, rename, retarget, move, indent or delete bookmarks.
- Press Save bookmarks and download the PDF.
Key features
- Edit nested bookmarks of any depth.
- Bookmarks you don't change are kept exactly as they were.
- Web-link and other action bookmarks are shown and preserved, but never run.
Supported files and limits
- To generate bookmarks automatically from headings, use Create Bookmarks from Headings.
- Damaged or extremely large outlines are read but can't be saved.
- Protected PDFs need to be unlocked first.
