Remove Blank Pages
Scanned documents often contain empty backs of pages or separator sheets. This tool finds pages that look blank, shows you why, and removes only the pages you confirm.

How to remove blank pages
- Select the PDF.
- Wait while each page is checked for text, images, drawings and, where needed, its pixels.
- Review the result: pages are marked Blank, Uncertain or Not blank. Choose Strict or Standard detection.
- Adjust the selection if needed, press Remove and download the PDF.
How blank pages are detected
Pages with real text, form fields or annotations are never blank. Other pages are rendered and their pixels measured, so faint marks, scanner noise and paper tone are taken into account. Uncertain pages are never selected for you.
Key features
- Two detection levels: Strict (only clearly empty pages) and Standard (also scans with light noise).
- Explains each decision so you can check it.
- Keeps bookmarks, links, page labels and forms that belong to the remaining pages.
Supported files and limits
- Pages are only removed after your confirmation; detection is a suggestion, not a guarantee.
- Protected PDFs and XFA forms are refused.
How your files are handled
Remove Blank Pages runs in your browser: your file is read and processed on your device and the result is created there, so documents aren't uploaded to a server. The site only counts anonymous page views, without cookies. How it works · Privacy
