How to add page numbers to a PDF

  1. Select the PDF.
  2. Choose the format (1, Page 1, Page 1 of 10 or 1 / 10) and position (top or bottom; left, centre or right).
  3. Set the starting number, size, colour and whether to number all pages or a range.
  4. Check the preview and download the numbered PDF.
