One PDF up to 200 MB.

How to put multiple pages on one sheet

  1. Select the PDF.
  2. Choose 2, 4, 6 or 9 pages per sheet and the sheet size and orientation.
  3. Pick the page order (across then down, or down then across), Fit or Fill, and the margin and gap between pages.
  4. Check the preview, then download the PDF.

Key features

  • Fit shows each page completely; Fill uses the whole tile and crops the edges.
  • Auto orientation picks the layout where pages appear largest.
  • Links and bookmarks still lead to the right sheet.

Supported files and limits

  • Form fields and annotations are drawn into the sheets, so they're no longer interactive.
  • Protected PDFs are refused; unlock them first.

How your files are handled

Multiple Pages per Sheet runs in your browser: your file is read and processed on your device and the result is created there, so documents aren't uploaded to a server. The site only counts anonymous page views, without cookies. How it works · Privacy
