How to overlay PDFs
- Select the base PDF, then open the overlay PDF.
- Choose how pages are matched: first overlay page on all pages, page by page, repeating overlay pages, or one chosen page.
- Set scale (Actual size, Fit, Fill or Stretch), rotation, position, offsets and opacity.
- Choose all or selected base pages, check the preview and download the PDF.
